Process of Ordering
To order products from The Italian Closet, simply set up an account and purchase your order via our website. We are also happy to take orders via text message (0406 009 132), or via email (email@example.com). We always prefer written orders please, so we are able to refer back to them, rather than verbal orders over the phone.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
There will be two costs payable with each order, one for the stock and a separate cost for delivery. The separate cost for delivery is calculated on the size and weight of a customers order. Customers will receive a second email confirming this amount once the order has been processed.
Once both payments have been made in full, orders are dispatched from our warehouse.
Payment for both orders and delivery costs can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit. Orders paid for via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal will be processed once received by The Italian Closet. Products paid for by direct deposit will be dispatched once we have confirmation of payment.
Out of Stock Items
In the eventuality of products online showing as ‘Out of Stock’, please order anyway so that we are aware of your interest in that item. Our sales team will contact you with approximate delivery dates.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
